Consultations are separate: consultation credits cost ₦3,200 per session, with any applicable processing charges shown at checkout. Purchased credits do not expire at the end of a subscription billing cycle. Booking requires an eligible Health plan and is subject to supported regions and practitioner availability.
Health and Farm are distinct experiences: these cards describe Health features. New accounts permanently choose Health or Farm during onboarding; buying Business does not unlock switching between them. Existing accounts retain their previous switching options. Explore Farm Intel for Business or sponsor-funded Farm access.
Sensor features require compatible connected hardware, permission and current readings. Hardware is not included in the subscription.

Why a Care plan?
Heat, cold, storms and poor air quality can affect health and everyday routines. Relevant climate guidance can help you consider precautions and decide when to seek professional advice.
Your plan supports day-to-day preventive routines. If you need individual medical advice, a separately purchased consultation provides a route to a licensed practitioner where the service is available.
Depending on your plan and profile, preventive guidance can include relevant screening, check-up and vaccine reminders. These prompts support conversations with a clinician; they are not a diagnosis or a guarantee that illness will be prevented.
How it works
- 1. Download the app — install TheHyWing from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android).
- 2. Choose Health and review your plan — new accounts confirm their permanent product choice during onboarding. For Health, compare Basic, Standard or Business and the available billing periods. Confirm the current price before subscribing.
- 3. Purchase consultations separately — follow the consultation purchase options in your account, then request an appointment with a licensed practitioner. Availability depends on your region, eligibility and provider capacity.
- 4. Manage renewal — use App Store subscription settings on iOS or the in-app subscription controls on Android. Cancelling renewal does not turn consultation credits into a monthly allowance; they remain separate from subscription access.
Where Care plans are available

- 📱 Android app — subscribe in-app via secure card payment (Paystack).
- 🌐 Web — personal Care plans are purchased in the app only. Team / SME plans can be set up from the web (SME signup).
