AI-assisted symptom guidance can suggest next steps. Request a teleconsultation with a licensed practitioner, subject to your plan and provider availability.

For growers, livestock keepers and storage operators

Farm Intel: plan, monitor and follow up

Guidance uses your confirmed farm location and selected crops, livestock and storage details. Outdoor forecasts and measured indoor conditions are shown as different sources of evidence.

Outdoor farm planning

Crop and livestock climate-risk screening, pest-favourable weather warnings, daily forecasts and activity windows support planting, field work and harvest decisions.

Regional Copernicus seasonal anomalies add longer-term context when available, not exact rainfall dates or farm-level predictions.

Storage and enclosed spaces

The monitoring pilot covers ambient temperature and humidity in storage rooms, greenhouses and animal housing using supported phone BLE sensors or a commissioned gateway.

Hourly summaries, explicit data gaps and configurable limits help you check changing conditions and missing readings.

From advice to follow-up

Review homepage risks without resolving them, track tasks and set reminders. Acknowledge monitored-space incidents in the app or WhatsApp; an unacknowledged incident can receive one owner follow-up after 15 minutes, subject to notification settings.

Decision support, not a safety guarantee. Weather screening does not confirm pests or disease, and sensor readings do not certify food safety. Equipment control and hardware certification are not included. Check conditions on site and use qualified agronomic or veterinary advice.

Before you get started

Will WhatsApp alerts always arrive automatically?

WhatsApp needs internet access and messaging consent. For Farm messages outside WhatsApp's 24-hour reply window, notifications wait for your reply: no automatic paid-message fallback. Connectivity, quiet hours and notification settings affect delivery. Send STOP to stop WhatsApp notifications; this does not change your account's product choice.

What do I need for greenhouse or storage monitoring?

WhatsApp cannot pair BLE sensors. A supported Xiaomi/compatible BLE sensor needs the app and a nearby phone with connectivity; iOS background capture is not guaranteed. A commissioned gateway can send readings without the farmer's app. Check compatibility, placement and reference readings before relying on a setup. Air humidity is not grain moisture, and air temperature is not product or leaf temperature.

How are consent and sharing handled?

Farm signup does not grant health-data consent or enrol you with an employer. Farmer sponsorship sharing is optional. See our Privacy Policy for data processing, clinician access and organisation-sharing details, and our data deletion instructions for account-data requests.

Which languages and alert formats are supported?

Farm menus support English, Nigerian Pidgin, Hausa, Yorùbá and Igbo (send LANGUAGE IG); detailed source guidance may remain in English. Izon (Kolokuma) is available as a partial vocabulary draft alongside English (send LANGUAGE IJC): two dictionary-based terms, not full translations. Native-speaker review is pending; consent, setup instructions and farm advice remain in English. Health supports English and Nigerian Pidgin. In-app voice alerts also apply to Farm mode where enabled and supported; they are not a promise of WhatsApp voice calls or continuous background delivery.
